Ogan Irfan Darmawulan
President Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen born in Medan on November 2, 1967. He is a high-achieving professional who graduated from the University of Indonesia in 1994. He has honed his skills and expertise in finance and insurance by obtaining licenses such as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Professional Life and Health Insurance, and AAMAI.
He officially serves as the President Commissioner of PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia based on the RUPSLB on May 17, 2023. He has been declared competent and qualified as per the OJK Decree number KEP-153/PD.02/2023 dated October 30, 2023. Apart from PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia, he currently holds the position of Financial Controller at PT AIA Financial.
He began his career in the insurance sector at PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia as the Head of Finance before joining PT MNC Life Assurance as the Finance Director.
Kiman Mustika Karta
Independent Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen born in Jakarta on January 9, 1969. He is a successful professional who obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tarumanagara University in 1991.
He officially serves as the Independent Commissioner of PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia based on the RUPSLB on May 17, 2023. He has been declared competent and qualified as per the OJK Decree number KEP-145/PD.02/2023 dated October 24, 2023.
He is a professional in finance and tax, starting his career at KAP Johan Malonda & Partners, KKP Johan Yoranouw, and KJPP Wahyu Yasir Purnamasari & Partners until present.
Afiansyah Harahap
Independent Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen born in Jakarta on June 9, 1970. He is a successful professional who obtained a Bachelor's degree from IMNI School of Management in 1995 and a Master's degree from IMNI School of Management in 1997.
He officially serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia based on the RUPSLB on May 17, 2023. He has been certified to have passed the Competency Test and Suitability as per the OJK Decree number KEP-147/PD.02/2023 dated October 25, 2023. In addition to PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia, he currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at PT Bintang Dharma Hurip.
He began his professional journey in insurance industry at PT Asuransi Parolamas from 1994 until 2016, holding the position of Director of Marketing and Branch Operation.

Johannes Gunawan, SE, QRGP.
President Director
An Indonesian citizen born in Baturaja on July 24, 1969. He is a professional in general insurance marketing, having obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from STIE Swadaya in 1994.
He officially serves as the President Director of PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia, based on the RUPSLB on January 21, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as the Business Director of the Company, based on the RUPSLB on July, 07 2025. He has been declared to have passed the Fit and Proper Test as stated in the OJK Decree number KEP-2/PD.02/2026 dated January 08, 2026.
Previously, he began his career in general insurance marketing at PT Asuransi Sinar Mas for 10 years with his last position as Deputy Marketing Manager, then at PT Ace Jaya Proteksi for 15 years with his last position as Deputy Marketing Director and at PT Bess Central Insurance for 2 years as Marketing Director, until joining Orion Reasuransi as Business Director.
Nyoman Anggara, SE, CRGP.
Technical Director
An Indonesian citizen born in Lampung on August 12, 1972. He is a leading professional in management, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Borobudur University in 1995. He further honed his skills and expertise in various aspects of business and leadership by obtaining the Certified Risk Governance Professional license, demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional excellence and ethical practices in risk management and governance.
He officially serves as the Technical Director of PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia based on the RUPSLB on April 28, 2023. He has been declared to have passed the Fit and Proper Test as stated in the OJK Decree number KEP-163/PD.02/2023 dated October 31, 2023.
Previously, he began his professional journey in insurance industry at PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia from 1996 until 2022 with his last position as Head of Business Support Division, and then he served as the Technical Director at FPG Insurance in early 2023 before joining Orion Reasuransi as the Technical Director.
Muhammad Iqbal, SE, MA, WMI, QRGP.
Financial Director
An Indonesian citizen born on February 28, 1982, in Jakarta, is a prominent professional in insurance industry. With a keen interest in reinsurance and investment finance, he has dedicated himself to mastering the intricacies of this industry. His commitment is reflected in his possession of certifications as a Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP) and an Investment Manager Representative (WMI).
He officially serves as the Finance Director of PT Orion Reasuransi Indonesia based on the RUPSLB on May 17, 2023. He has been declared passed the Fit and Proper Test as stated in OJK Decree number KEP-157/PD.02/2023 dated October 30, 2023.
Prior to joining Orion Reinsurance, he held the position of Director of Operations & Business Development at PT Citra International Underwriters (CIU Insurance) while also serving as an Independent Commissioner at PT. MNC Life up to the present. He began his career in the insurance field at PT Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri, where he handled pension benefits and cash flow management. Over the years, his expertise has grown by fulfilling various managerial roles in several insurance companies.
